Banana Oat Muffins
These have the chewy consistency of oatmeal but they're fun for kids. They're healthy right now where we need the vitamin k for our immune system. I had fun using a flax egg, I usually cut the recipes in half, and coconut sugar on top with some oats - never done that before, was bold! Very sweet and yummy yet brought comfort of health with it.
Also really needed this yoga tonight!
